If you change your mind and your items are still in a re-sellable condition, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return them for a full refund. After 30 days, we can only offer an exchange.
To qualify for a return, all goods must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. We cannot issue refunds for items that have been damaged while in your possession.
Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping for unwanted items.
We offer next working day delivery on all in-stock items held at our distribution warehouse for UK mainland addresses.
Available delivery options will be shown once you enter your postcode at Stage 2 of checkout. To qualify for next day delivery, your order must be fully completed and confirmed by 12:00 PM, including agreement to all terms and conditions.
We strongly advise against engaging in any potential preparatory work until you have fully received and inspected your products.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for a fast and secure checkout experience.
We also provide a range of finance options via Klarna for purchases over £250. Where dimensions are available for an item, we'll have included it on the Dimensions tab on each specific product page which will give you an accurate scale of the product.
